What Is an EICR?

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a formal assessment of the fixed electrical installation inside a property — the wiring, consumer unit (fuse box), sockets, switches, earthing and bonding. Is an EICR a Legal Requirement for Landlords in Peterborough?
