Who is responsible for your information?
360 Maintenance Solutions Ltd (company number 16662796), trading address 182 St Pauls Road, Peterborough, PE1 3EE. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests contact contact@360fix.uk or call 07766 184141.
Information we collect
When you contact us or use an enquiry tool, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, property address or postcode, preferred contact method, work description, uploaded photographs, inspection concerns and booking details. Our website also uses technical information needed to operate safely. Information you enter into landlord assessment or property turnaround tools may include more detailed property records.
Why and how we use it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess and quote work, arrange visits, communicate with landlords or property managers, fulfil agreed services, keep job and compliance records, resolve complaints and protect the website from misuse. Depending on the activity, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services. We do not treat a quote enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.
Who may receive it
Authorised staff and relevant tradespeople may receive information required to assess or deliver a job. We use service providers for website hosting, file storage, notifications and business communications, including the Base44 platform. If you choose to enable optional live chat, the Crisp chat provider may process chat information. Information may also be shared where required by law or with your instruction. We do not sell enquiry data.
Photos, documents and security
Please avoid uploading identity documents or sensitive personal information unless genuinely necessary. Property photos and records are intended for authorised personnel working on the enquiry. We use access controls and take reasonable security precautions, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and international processing
We retain enquiry and job records for as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution and legitimate record keeping, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate. Specific retention periods depend on the type of record. Some technology providers may process information outside the UK; we expect appropriate safeguards to apply where required by data protection law. Ask us about a particular record or provider if you need more detail.
Cookies and optional live chat
Essential storage may support security, sessions and saving your cookie choice. Optional live chat is not loaded until you enable it. You can choose to enable or decline optional services in the cookie notice, and change that choice using Cookie Settings in the footer. Third-party services may set their own cookies when enabled.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You can withdraw optional consent at any time. Email contact@360fix.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We may update this notice when services or data-handling arrangements change. The latest version will appear here.
